In case of wrong product delivery, damaged packaging, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Eligible complaints will be verified, and a replacement or refund will be processed as per company policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
